THE ORCHARD:

Woodrow orchard, overlooking the river Exe, is hundreds of years old. A few ancient, bittersweet cider apple teews stand among fallen trees. We handpicked, macerated and gently pressed the apples then allowed a wild fermentation.

THE CIDER:

We bottled this cider before its long, slow fermentation was complete to capture tiny, natursl bubbles. This cider has a smooth astringency. Its off-dry with a touch of apple sugar. Its unfiltered, unpasteurised, hazy and contains minimal sulphites.
