A delightfully hoppy and delicious pale ale brewed with our good friends from Newbarns.
This banging 5% pale uses both whole cone Simcoe and Citra (hot side) and T90 Citra and Simcoe (hot side and cold side). We used our lauter tun as a hop back for the whole cone, facilitating another layer of depth and complexity to the hop character… Bright, saturated, intense citrus aromas and flavour … piney / grassy bitterness.. lush!
