Once a year we put the pedal to the metal and ride with Paria CC! Cyclists of Yorkshire mount their bikes for a 60 mile round trip from our brewery and back!
Paria CC have an undying love for IPA, especially Transmission. Each year we whip together a juiced up IPA guaranteed to quench the thirst of our riders!
This year’s Paria IPA brings a splendour of pale and cara gold malts as well as oats and wheat to bring a subtly sweet soft and chewy malt base malts for us to lay on a hefty dose of hardcore hops. El Dorado brings lusciously soft, fleshy pear and honey melon whilst Sultana and Chinook hops boast big hits of succulent pineapple, bright citrus, a lasting resinous pine finish and zingy bitter finish.
