One of the best things about Hop City – aside from the obvious – is the gathering of brewers, and the collaborations born out of that proximity – whether they’re at Northern Monk or some of our esteemed brewing neighbours; whether that’s at the festival, or in anticipation of it. And as it’s brewed for a festival, it only felt right that it should be for the Patrons Project of Thought Bubble, a festival in its own right!
