We were very fortunate to have been selected alongside some of the UK and US heavyweights to take part in the very first Full Moon Harvest release and a very special type of Nelson Sauvin from Eggers Hops.
This very special choice lot of Nelson Sauvin which was harvested under a full blood moon on the 14th March in the Upper Moutere Valley New Zealand by Eggers Hops. We’ve combined our fluffy DIPA base and loaded it full to the brim with Eggers Full Moon Harvest Hops dry hopped on the full harvest moon on 7th October.
The aroma is insane, intense grape, citrus and green tropical notes giving way to subtle curry leaf and mild dankness.
