Each year to celebrate the beginning of the harvest season, we brew our interpretation of a Festbier. This 5.6% golden lager beer is brewed with some of our favourite heritage barley varieties, this year focusing on the Irish barley, Hunter, and is hopped entirely with Saaz hops.
