Collaboration with Little Pomona

Three part release in collaboration with our friends Little Pomona. All three use the same base beer but fermented with lees from a Little Pomona fermentation. That means that the only microorganisms which ferment and create this beer are those found on the skins of the apples from Little Pomona. It’s a little wild, a little funky, definitely has echoes of their cider, and was a lot of fun to collaborate in this way.
Hear No Evil – A beer fermented with lees from a Little Pomona fermentation, re-fermented with perry pomace. Sweet pear, stone fruits with gentle acidity and a soft finish.
