Stout – Imperial / Double Pastry – Can 500ml – 11.5%

Brewed for Easter, this is a Hot Cross Bun Imperial Stout. The stupidly strong wort was boiled for 6 hours and reduced to a thick and viscous sauce. Spiced in the boil with cinnamon, nutmeg, orange peel, raisins, and caramel for a very over-the-top treacly treat. Vegan friendly, no lactose.
