Collaboration with Prizm Brewing Co

An IPA in collaboration with Prizm Brewing Co. While discussing recipes with Prizm, we got excited about using the same base hops for both the Pale Ale and the IPA (think Motueka, Citra, and Simcoe), blending New Zealand and US hops to work together with our Verdant yeast. For the IPA, we used NZH-101 on the cold side for a more limey, tropical, and deeply dank hop saturation.
Prizm Brewing Co are one of France’s most exciting new breweries, located in Vendargues (Herault), just outside Montpellier. Born in 2020, they quickly earned a reputation as one of the country’s top-rated microbreweries. After tasting some of their latest delicious beers, we had to invite them for a collaboration in Cornwall as part of our Travellers Series.
