Aged for 1.5 years in foudre before dry hopping with 24g/L of Riwaka & Rakau. This powerful dry hopping rate was established as our house standard during the development of our DIPA programme back in 2016, and has since become an industry standard. We’re thrilled that it yields exceptional results in mixed-culture beer too.

Huge tropical aromas of ripe mango, passion fruit and a hint of jackfruit blend with a sweet forward flavour that is balanced by the intricate funky character that defines our dry-hopped foudre beers. A medium body mouthfeel is complemented by a sense of flavour-induced sweetness – a remarkable achievement in such a dry-finishing beer.
