Shin guards, socks down your calves, laces tightly tightened on the screws… We’re hitting the Premier League with TO ARCADIA, a super-nervous DDH TIPA in collaboration with @northernmonk. And I can assure you, the fermenters were blown away by the dry hopping! For this recipe, masterfully executed by Brian (the blood) and @caracobeer, we filled our 50 hectolitres with Citra, Superdelic, Strata, and Pacifica. Honestly, it’s a great success. Dry hopping à la Neil Ruddock, balance à la Thierry Henry, aromatic punch à la Laurent Robert… TO ARCADIA is our vision of a no-compromise TIPA.
