100% Belgian Grape Ale. Collab between Winery Monteberg (Heuvelland) and Bourgogne des Flandres (Bruges). 26% grape most from 4 grape varieties: Solaris, Sieger Rebe, Kerner and Pinot Gris. 4 grains: Barley, Wheat, Spelt, oats. Dryhopped with Nelson Sauvin to add thiols with similar flavours as the grapes. Sparkling dry, subtle acidity, with a little funkiness. Refermented with champagne yeast
