The third and final instalment in one of our most sought after beer series of all time: the Binary Star series, brewed in collaboration with little-known wizards of Pinnora Brewing.
For the finale we’ve pushed the hopping levels into the absurd and turned all the dials up to maximum. A slightly boozier 8.4% and with lashings of Citra, Strata and Mosaic and a sprinkling of newcomer NZH-109, this is a highly fitting end to the series.
