Efreet. Influenced by North African flavours and our love for harissa. This is warming, peppery deliciousness in a bottle.

We’ve packed in a ludicrous amount of spices; red peppercorns, sumac, cumin, caraway and cinnamon – all to make your tastebuds sing. Roasted red peppers and fermented chilli add sweetness and heat with red wine to add complexity. The tang of freshly juiced lemons finishes the sauce off with a buzz. Efreet is a well-balanced sauce that is a delight with falafel, lamb, flatbreads or grilled chicken.
