Fenrir, an umami-driven creation that channels the wild spirit of its wolf god namesake. Crafted with wolfberries and rich, fermented miso, it strikes a balance between sweet spice and deep savoury. Pickled garlic adds powerful complexity with the wolfberries lending a subtle fruitiness and a touch of natural sweetness. The miso adds layers of earthy complexity and a lingering umami finish. In terms of heat, this is probably one of the mildest sauces, but, it has to have the strongest and most powerful flavour profile of any Balefire sauce.
