Not just one citrus, however – the distillers went searching for the most aromatic citrus fruits around, and came back with five of them, including Jara lemons, kumquat, and bergamot. Each one is distilled separately, and the combined with a juniper distillate to allow for a perfectly blended and balanced expression.
