Pikimai Hops are a family farm nestled in the Motueka Valley at the top of the South Island of New Zealand. We chose to brew an IPA using Pikimai’s most grown variety, and one of our all-time favourites, Nelson Sauvin.

Their terroir gives their Nelson strong aromas of white peach, kiwi and lychee, supported by those trademark Sauvignon Blanc and gooseberry notes. This beer encapsulates exactly how and why we do CULTIVATE; a true exploration into how the land and the people who work it can breathe new dimensions into the familiar. Recognisably Nelson Sauvin, uniquely Pikimai, unmistakably Track.
