Pale Ale – New England / Hazy – Can 440ml – 3.8%

For the first use of Carpenter Ranches’ Citra, Westwood Farms’ Mosaic and Newhouse Farms’ Centennial in Sonoma, we decided to brew our flagship pale ale with a subtle nod to how we used to make it, using whole cone hops instead of pellets for a nuanced, well rounded expression of flavour. Our limited edition heritage branding celebrates all three farms and the role each variety plays in making Sonoma the beer it is today.
