Collaboration with ElmEleven

We teamed up with Elmeleven, Malmö’s masters of pulp, to make this smoothie sour. We packed it with silly amounts of raspberry, blackberry and blueberry purée, added vanilla for a rich, jammy depth, then lifted the whole lot with a dash of fresh yuzu juice.
