In this new series, we explore the differences in flavour and aroma of Cascade hops grown in different regions of the world. Collaborating with some good friends of ours, we put our heads together to create three stylistically unique beers that showcase the hop variants at their absolute best, and we encourage you to try all three side by side to appreciate the contrast of each.

US Cascade is in collaboration with Duration. We using specialty malt to get close to a Sierra Nevada style american pale ale, and some awesome old school Cascade hops from Crosby Hop Farm, just outside Portland, Oregon.

Expect notes of marmalade, tangerine and pine.
