We aged green Chillies and blended them with fresh herbs, fresh Lime, Mexican lager and tomatillo. The result has given us a hot sauce with a zesty tang followed by heat the builds along with the sweetness of roasted garlic into a crescendo of flavour and spice. Hot.

Ingredients: Green Chilli, Tomatillo, Green Pepper, Cider Vinegar, Beer (Contains Gluten) Lime Juice, Onion, Garlic, Sugar, Fresh Parsley, Fresh Coriander, Salt, Xanthian Gum (Stabiliser).
